After an extensive five-year search for the perfect leader to carry ParkerWhite into the future, I am thrilled to introduce Luke Lauer as our new CEO. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for our expertise in branding and creative strategy, and I knew that finding someone who could seamlessly integrate digital marketing expertise with our strengths was critical to our next chapter.
Luke brings an incredible background in digital marketing, having successfully led teams to deliver cutting-edge campaigns and measurable results. His experience complements our passion for storytelling and creative excellence, and I am confident that merging these two skill sets will significantly benefit our clients and the new opportunities ahead.

I am thrilled to step into this role as CEO of ParkerWhite. This agency has an incredible legacy of fostering creativity, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding results. Nestled near the ocean in the beautiful town of Cardiff, our location inspires creativity and innovation every day. It is an honor to step into this role and lead such a talented and dedicated team.
A Little About Me
My journey to this role has been shaped by a blend of experiences that have fueled my passion for marketing and leadership. I grew up on the North Shore of Hawaii, where the vibrant culture and natural beauty nurtured my creativity and connection to storytelling. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working with the Home Shopping Network, where I honed my skills in understanding consumer behavior, crafting compelling narratives, and driving measurable results in a high-energy environment.
More recently, I served as Managing Director of a top-rated digital marketing agency. Leading a dynamic team, I had the opportunity to work across industries, delivering innovative strategies and exceptional outcomes for clients. Additionally, my time serving in the Navy instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, leadership, and teamwork—qualities that continue to guide my approach to building strong teams and driving success.
Looking Ahead: My Vision for ParkerWhite
As I step into this role, I am excited to build upon the strong foundation established by the team and push the boundaries of what we can achieve together. Here are a few of my priorities as we move forward:

A Personal Note
As already pointed out, our office’s location near Cardiff's stunning coastline is truly fortunate. Growing up on the North Shore of Hawaii, the ocean has always felt like home and continues to be a source of creative energy. Being close to the water here brings back that same sense of inspiration and connection that I grew up with. Now, let's hope this amazing location leads me to pick up surfing again.
When I’m not working, I cherish spending quality time with my family, immersing myself in a great book, or staying active with hobbies like boxing. These moments help me recharge, stay grounded, and approach our work with fresh ideas and enthusiasm. I believe that maintaining balance and staying curious are essential for fueling creativity, and I look forward to bringing this mindset into everything we do at ParkerWhite
