The Situation
After 10 years of being the market-leading dental attachment system, the ZEST LOCATOR was ready for a makeover. The next generation LOCATOR R-Tx product launch needed to build interest and create demand with current dental customers, as well as their OEMs to switch over to the new system. Our mantra for the campaign, “Better. Simpler. Stronger.” drove how we delivered the launch in new and unexpected ways. The full launch included a microsite, support collateral, email and print marketing, tradeshow booth design, and a PR launch in Europe.

To drive traffic to learn about the new LOCATOR R-TX, ParkerWhite designed and developed a unique website experience to immerse visitors in the full product story and capture leads.
Sales Collateral
A full sales collateral system was developed for OEM partners, as well as direct sales support at tradeshows and CE workshops. A targeted LinkedIn ad campaign and direct mail program drove leads through a product sample kit offer.
Augmented Reality
ParkerWhite developed a unique AR app that was the hit at tradeshows. Customers had fun interacting with the pop-up 3D experience as they were able to explore the new R-Tx with animated product video.
Tradeshow Booth Design
Making a splash at tradeshows across the globe, we designed a modular tradeshow booth environment to accommodate the many booth layouts with a bold announcement of the new LOCATOR R-Tx.
The Results
The launch had an overwhelmingly positive response and beat sales expectations within the first 6 months. The LOCATOR R-Tx continues its leadership reign as the #1 overdenture attachment system.
