Rebranding and repositioning a robot company to a telehealth platform.
The Situation
ParkerWhite worked with InTouch Health to reposition the company from a robot manufacturer to a Telehealth platform provider. The company had built a robust cloud-based platform so its robots could connect into health systems to provide give physicians the ability to diagnose and interact with patients in remote settings via the robot interface. InTouch Health was sitting on this incredible technology that was a true gold mine to be able to provide virtual care, anywhere. We were able to create a strong value proposition to convince the c-suite to shift its focus from selling robots, to selling a telehealth platform.
